We have had some exciting changes at American Industrial Refrigeration over the course of the past few weeks. The most obvious is our new owner, Corval Group, Inc.
We will continue to operate as AIR, but the acquisition offers our customers the expanded resources and reach of an integrated organization with nationwide offices and production facilities. Our established capabilities in construction, engineering, service, and fabrication will be integrated with the comprehensive strength of the Corval Group in program management. New capabilities in manufacturing, commissioning, risk management and capital development are now solutions we can offer to serve your needs.
In addition to our new ownership we have added key, high quality executives to a staff that already includes some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in our industry. Chris Novak, VP, Industrial Division/IR at Corval Group has been named President of American Industrial Refrigeration. Morris Eisert will serve as Executive Vice President. They look forward to building together on the AIR relationships and solid reputation that have been established for over four decades in the industry.
Corval Group, based in St. Paul, Minn., has served customers since 1921. The company culture of integrity, quality, and service excellence has allowed Corval Group to prosper for over 85 years. Culturally, AIR shares in these values that will help make the transition of ownership smooth. Our current sales and engineering office will be transferring to a nearby location soon but our phone and email addresses will remain the same.
One thing that will not change here at AIR is our relationship with our customers. AIR is one of the most respected names in the refrigeration industry and we will continue to provide customers with the highest quality service and leadership that you have come to expect. We look forward to our exciting future and expanded capabilities that we can now offer our clients through this acquisition.
Please feel free to contact AIR with any questions you may have for us.
